By using Genfavicon you accept these terms and confirm you hold the necessary rights over the files you upload and the icons you generate. You are fully responsible for the content you process and for the way you use the results. You access the service at your own risk, so Color Vivo Internet, S.L.U. disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct or indirect liability arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site, as well as from decisions you take based on the generated icons.
You agree to use Genfavicon lawfully, without infringing third-party rights, injecting malicious software, or attempting to bypass our technical safeguards. We may suspend or limit access if we detect abusive, fraudulent, or security-compromising behaviour. Genfavicon and the associated tools are provided "as is", with no express or implied guarantees about availability, results, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose; always review the exported icons before you deploy them.
Image processing is automated and temporary. We do not permanently store the assets you upload or the generated versions, we do not build example libraries, and we do not train AI models with your files. Workspaces are deleted automatically after the operational window, and you can regenerate your icons at any time. We do not accept liability for data loss, service interruptions, or incidents caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
If you share your email address, we may send information and promotional messages about Genfavicon, other services and projects from Color Vivo Internet, and initiatives from trusted partners.
